Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, including perishable goods (such as food and flowers) and donated items, are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

Return Process: To initiate a return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Ensure the item is returned to the specified return address.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for further instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
